Development Tools
This section is still growing, but contains some of the tools that we've developed during Q3F's production. Because we found them invaluable to us as developers on the Quake 3 engine, we've decided to release them publicly here so that other MOD developers can benefit from them. We will continue to add more tools as Q3F's development continues.

Atmospheric Effects Source
|
Following a number of enquiries from other MOD teams, we've released the source code and instructions for getting our truely-3D atmospheric effects (such as rain or snow) going within Quake 3. In addition to handling vectors for these effects, our atmospheric effects system also allows for features such as rain impact spots.
